Moody’s Investors Service Senior Moody’s Research and Business Analyst • New York, NY 2006 - 2007
Provided end-to-end analysis for the Moody’s Connect product/project and initiatives, including both enhancements and new development. Scope of work included corporate requirements, information flows, modeling, workflow, analyst information interface within and across global Moody’s business systems, and also provided detailed strategic documentation of all aspects of the logistical systems in question.
Served as the primary contact/advocate to business users (other Moody’s Analysts), to gather and write operational requirements and validate strategic operational requirements and operational business models.
Worked closely with project management and with the operational development teams, to provide support for their work products and to act as an informed customer advocate within the development team. Moody’s Connect assists the Analytical community, (Analysts and Support Members), in their rating process.

Existing work products can not be leveraged, since they are difficult to find in Moodys.com or in house databases. Thomas Yannitte

Thomas’s roots in fitness began as a junior high school wrestler and runner in 1977. Thomas is an bio-mechanical exercise specialist, personal coach, creator/author of the book, "Owners Manual", creator/producer of the Innermatrix™ Fitness Videos, and the creator and designer of one of the largest and most advanced personal training studios in the U.S.. He was president of Innermatrix™ Fitness Productions, llc. from 1997-2006. At only 18, he became a personal trainer. He placed 1st and 2nd place in two weight categories, in the first ever National Nautilus Championship in 1985. He was both a college wrestler and gymnast.

In college, he studied engineering and went on to earn an I.D.S.A. certified B.I.D. in Industrial Design from Syracuse University in 1990, where he designed and engineered an exercise machine, for his 5th year thesis project. Thomas holds two fitness patents, and many fitness patents pending. His latest fitness equipment was utilized and developed at Phrog Fitness Studio™.

His experience includes fitness instruction at 4 leading fitness centers, and a rehabilitation coach and recreational therapist, at the New York State University Hospital in Syracuse New York.
Thomas has held many Personal Training Certifications over his 27 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness expert.

He was the Vice President of Marketing and Development of Ripzone™ U.S.A. Sports, and the Interim Director of Marketing at Etonic™ Athletic Footwear in 1999. He has been a featured columnist in “Exercise for Men Only” and “Stay Fit” magazines.
